All items that are in stock will be shipped within 5 working days of ordering and posted via 1st class delivery if in the UK.

A note on postage costs:
Due to each item of these beautiful clothes weighing at least 4 times its high street equivalent, the costs of postage are much higher. Manners subsidises as much of this cost as possible but it does mean that postage costs are a little higher than you might find elsewhere. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING (UK) £11.00 :  Manners London now offers express shipping to UK addresses. Your order will be shipped on next day express with Royal Mail.

Orders must be placed before 4pm. Please select Express Shipping at the check out. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All items will be sent together when the whole order, including pre ordered items, is ready. Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to offer International exchanges. 

**Due to Brexit your country may levy additional customs charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay these for you as they will be added on receipt in their destination country.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, the cost of these charges varies and will not be able to offer refunds for items no longer wanted due to customs charges. ** 

UPON SHIPMENT: you will receive a shipping notification.
Due to COVID pressures some international tracking is taking longer to update. Please allow up to 5 days for the tracking information included to update.

PLEASE USE A SECURE SHIPPING ADDRESS. As per our policies, we are not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Once your order is with the mail service, it is out of our hands. You are entitled to compensation from Royal Mail should something happen to your order.

Please double-check your check-out information before submitting your order to ensure delivery. There is a re-shipment fee the same as the initial postage charge for returned packages. Thank you so much for your understanding!



Postage for returns and refunds must be paid in full by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

For UK Customers we offer an exchange/refund service. Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs we are only able to offer refunds to our International Customers. We apologise for any inconvenience that may cause. 

Please note: The Bebee pants and thongs are non-returnable/refundable items. We hope you understand

All returns are processed by our warehouse on Tuesday and Friday each week. 

Please add a note to your return requesting a refund or an exchange. If requesting an exchange, please ensure you give details of the new item you would like. 

Items which are marked or smell will not be accepted for a refund.
