REFUND POLICY

Postage for returns and refunds must be paid in full by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. Items which are marked or smell will not be accepted for a refund.
   *Prepaid postage labels are not available so in the event of faulty or incorrect items, the customer must obtain a postage receipt and contact info@mannersldn.com for reimbursement. 

Please allow up to 14 business days from the point of receipt for your return to be processed.
